We hope you love your Adelti jewelry. If something isn't right, here's what you need to know:

Returns

• You can return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and suitable for resale.

• To start a return, contact us at info@adelti.com

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 7 days.

Exceptions

• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn earrings.

• Sale items are not eligible for refund.
